This role isn’t just about clicks and conversions — it’s about shaping meaningful digital experiences that reflect our craftsmanship and connect with customers on every level. From campaign ideation to performance analytics, you’ll have the tools, trust, and creative space to make your mark.

Your Role at a Glance:

  • Take charge of digital channels including performance tracking, SEO, and automated email flows

  • Analyze data and optimize the customer journey from discovery to purchase

  • Partner with the creative and sales teams to elevate messaging and drive growth

  • Test, iterate, and improve — using insights to guide decisions, not just assumptions

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience with tools like Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and email marketing systems

  • Bonus points for familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Shopify, or Klaviyo

  • Availability of 24 to 40 hours per week

  • A valid UK driver’s license (occasional showroom visits or events)

  • Enthusiastic about interiors, branding, and thoughtful customer experience

What We Offer:

  • Salary range: £2,500–£3,300/month (full-time, based on experience)
